Who We Are

Our Story

With the assistance of Grays Harbor County Health Department and Founder DeLila Thorpe, Harbors Home Health and Hospice was founded in 1981 as a non-profit agency. Initially starting in the Pearsall building in Aberdeen Washington, Harbors Home Health and Hospice now operates at 201 7th St in Hoquiam WA and 1600 Pacific Avenue in Long Beach WA.

The focus of the Agency from the beginning was to provide compassionate in home skilled nursing, therapy and hospice services to those in need. We have followed that mindset and have now been serving both Pacific and Grays Harbor County for over 40 years.

Harbors Home Health and Hospice is on a mission to bring compassionate and expert healthcare services directly to you. We provide in-home skilled nursing, therapy, and hospice services with a focus on making a positive impact on the lives of patients and their families. Our skilled and caring staff is available 24/7 to respond to your needs, offering not just clinical expertise but also emotional and spiritual support. As a non-profit organization, we are dedicated to providing excellent care and personalized attention wherever you call home.

Award Winning Healthcare

“Seeing a patient for who they really are, not just what diagnosis they have. Holding the hand of a person passing from this life. Assisting those in need. Educating and serving our communities. Doing these things with a spirit of compassion and humility has been the embodiment of Harbors Home Health and Hospice for over 40 years.”
